You can count on me to be visible and accessible, both at the city building and around town. I will actively seek your input and feedback. I will carry your views to Frankfort and advocate for Ashland's projects and programs and seek state support.

WORK TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE BUSINESSES

We must support and encourage businesses that have been committed to Ashland for generations as well as work to attract new businesses throughout Ashland. We cannot afford to treat our businesses as we have in the past, especially with construction projects.

PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE AND TRANSPARENT INFORMATION

I will develop a comprehensive plan to make sure you and our businesses have the information they need. No longer will important decisions be made behind closed doors or on social media, but in open meetings.

MAINTAIN HIGH LEVEL CITY SERVICES

I will work to maintain our city services at a high-level while being cost effective.I will ensure our police, fire, and utilities, and other city services have the necessary tools they need.

BRING SPENDING UNDER CONTROL

I am committed to bringing spending under control and ensure that projects are within budget, so your tax dollars are not squandered. Some projects need to be reevaluated to make sure they are still beneficial. Renovations and improvements need to be more strategic and within budget. New projects should be justified and evaluated.
